    <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you so much for taking the time to respond to me.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have tried all of the suggestions and now cannot get the reader to pair with my phone!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However, I have decided it is high time I get a more up to date mobile, so I will await it's arrival and see if that helps.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you again&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have had my POS for a couple years now. Gen 2. It used to work fine on my current phone, but I am just getting ready for the summer season and it will not connect from my POCO f4 to my hardware. I keep getting a message saying it won't connect to a rooted phone. It is not rooted and I have also done a factory reset just in case. Please advise what I can do. Do I need a new Square POS? Or does my phone no longer work with it? Any advice greatly appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
