&lt;P&gt;From what I can tell on my end, it looks like a refund was issued for that transaction. In that case, you won't see it in your balance and the fees will reverse with the refund too.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;There is more information regarding refunds in &lt;A href="https://squareup.com/help/gb/en/article/6116-process-refunds" target="_self"&gt;this Support Article&lt;/A&gt;, but I am happy to answer any follow-ups you might have.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.squareup.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/732883"&gt;@johnsonsmith&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;- Whenever you tried to take a transaction, did you see an error message or just a frozen screen? If the payment went through without an issue before your restart, it would still be in your transactions.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I took a payment yesterday for £1,750. The transaction apears in my recent transactions but the funds still havent appeared in my balance when clicking on money.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So not only have I had to pay £30.63 as a card processing fee, i now still dont have access to my funds.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can somebody help?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
