However, you don't need to access your Account &amp;amp; Settings to enable the option to sell Gift Cards.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I can certainly provide some steps to get you setup up with selling Gift Cards.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;To access the Gift Card settings on your online Dashboard, navigate from the main menu to &lt;STRONG&gt;Payments&lt;/STRONG&gt; &amp;gt; &lt;A href="https://squareup.com/dashboard/gift-cards" target="_blank"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Gift Cards&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/A&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;For Plastic Gift Cards, select the &lt;STRONG&gt;Settings&lt;/STRONG&gt; page to edit your card amounts or allow custom amounts. For eGift Cards, select the dropdown arrow next to &lt;STRONG&gt;eGift Cards&lt;/STRONG&gt;, then select &lt;STRONG&gt;Configure&lt;/STRONG&gt;. This will then take you through the setup steps to get your eGift Cards up and running.&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Error trying to get payment methods</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am trying to enable the Gift Certificate option in Payment methods from the Dashboard. I navigate to Settings -&amp;gt; Accounts &amp;amp; Settings -&amp;gt; Business Settings -&amp;gt; Payment Methods (&lt;A href="https://squareup.com/dashboard/business/payment-methods" target="_blank"&gt;https://squareup.com/dashboard/business/payment-methods&lt;/A&gt;) and am presented with a "&lt;STRONG&gt;Payment methods failed to load.&lt;/STRONG&gt;" error.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can see that a post to &lt;A href="https://squareup.com/services/squareup.paytypeenroller.InternalEnrollmentService/ListOrCreatePaymentMethodEnrollments" target="_blank"&gt;https://squareup.com/services/squareup.paytypeenroller.InternalEnrollmentService/ListOrCreatePaymentMethodEnrollments&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;fails with a 500 error&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;{"code":"INTERNAL_ERROR","debug_text":"This request could not be authorized."}&lt;/P&gt;</description>
