How do you connect an Epson TM-30ii to android devices?

I'm trying to connect an Epson Tm-30II and Epson TM-30IIH to android tablets (Samsung A7 and A8 mainly) however, even though the tablets can see the printers, square does not see them-you cannot find them when setting up a print station. Has anyone got any tips or ideas-I've searched the community and squares help pages but nothing works. Following squares guideline on connecting the printers doesn't work for me either. I've reset the printers, turned everything off, unplugged it and turned it back on and it still doesn't see the printers. There's no updates for square or for the tablet either.

Any thoughts?

Hi @Eddiemunster,

Looking at our compatibility list for printers here, the Epson Epson TM-30II and Epson TM-30IIH aren't currently listed as supported models with the point of sale app.

Where did you purchase your printers? You might be able to exchange them for a compatible model such as the Epson TM-T20II.
