&lt;P&gt;Thanks for getting in touch and sorry about the trouble with your Square Reader! When you have a chance, please give resetting your reader a try:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;OL&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Hold the button on the bottom of the reader for 15 seconds.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;When you see 4 red lights, release the button.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Tap on the button one time to get green lights.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/OL&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Once you've done this, pair your reader via the settings in the Point of Sale app again. Please let us know how you go!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi I have been using my square reader with my Iphone 11 without any issues so far, however this morning I could not get it to connect via bluetooth at all. I tried the off/on with BT ect and forget this device, then it could not find device again. I would love your help.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
