    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hey Simon_Denis&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Open tickets needs to be switched on on each device.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Just go to settings &amp;gt; open tickets &amp;gt; toggle on open tickets.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This will give you access to all the open tickets on the account.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Let us know if this worked.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Cheers&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Chris&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Open ticket is not on our POS</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi all, we can not find Open Tickets on or POS Terminal. &amp;nbsp;I can access it on my phone but Add Ons is not on our POS Terminal in the bar.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any advice?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
