    <description>&lt;P&gt;When selling an item on Open Tickets, the item doesn't come off the inventory until the ticket is paid for. Is there a way to change that?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Our customer tickets stay open for weeks and it really stuffs up the inventory count.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
