Could you please share a screenshot of the error message?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P style="margin: 0;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P style="margin: 0;"&gt;Did you create the team member through the Dashboard or a Square POS app ?&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Have you tried adding the team member from a different device on both the Dashboard or the POS app ? I also suggest going through the browser troubleshooting steps outlined on this &lt;A href="https://squareup.com/help/au/en/article/5245-square-dashboard-troubleshooting" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;Support Centre article.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
