&lt;P&gt;I am trying to set up a point of sale app on my iPhone. &amp;nbsp;I have used the app previously on a Pixel 7 phone for point of sale activities with our Rotary account.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Setting up a new point of sale account for our Menshed activity has proved problematic as the system will accept neither my passport or my driving licence as verification. &amp;nbsp;Has anyone else had an issue like this and if so how did you resolve it?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Both my driving licence and passport are current.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Browser Troubleshooting&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Some browsers have trouble with the verification process. Try:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;- Using Google Chrome, Safari, or Firefox on a laptop or desktop computer&lt;BR /&gt;- Clearing your browser cache before attempting verification&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
