It's possible that your current pack got exposed to heat somewhere along the way that "activated" the thermal properties, causing it to print oddly.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you're still seeing the problem with the new paper, then it sounds like the print head may be damaged. Give customer support a call: there may be a way for a warranty replacement of your terminal.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hope this helps!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
