terminal and employee log-ins

I have two terminals. Obviously when I set up the second one, I did something wrong because it is logging every sale to me. I've scoured the settings and can't seem to find what to change/fix. How do I make the terminal recognize the other employees using it??

I've not got one in front of me, but just set up two new ones so have been though every setting twice today 😂

In the settings menu there is one for security & within that there is the option to enable passcodes along with setting timeouts etc.

It sounds like it's just not got the passcode side enabled so never asking who's using it & assuming it's you.

Oh no!

@Sam_400º is exactly right. Sounds like the passcode setting is not on.

More > Settings > Security.

Tap Passcodes > toggle Passcodes on .

Let us know if anything else is needed!

Hmm. It says I need permission to access this area. I'm an admin on the account, but my husband set up the whole thing so maybe I just don't have the right level of permissions?

Yes @foxfire the owner of the account will need to edit your permission.

Under Team Permissions make sure access to Account & Settings is enabled. But more specifically " Configure device security settings."
