    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.squareup.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/454203"&gt;@dbickel&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;For a number of reasons, completed transactions can not be edited. &amp;nbsp;But you can do the following steps to fix your problem:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;From your online dashboard, go to Transactions&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Find the transaction in your list and select it&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Click on the “…” in the upper right hand corner, and select Issue Refund from the drop down and go through that process.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Go back into Virtual Terminal and complete the transaction again as a Cash Payment.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;P&gt;That will do the trick. &amp;nbsp;Let me know if you have any further questions.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Virtual Terminal Payment - edit once completed?</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I recorded a payment in my Virtual Terminal as "cash" instead of "custom." I use "custom" to track payment via check &amp;amp; reconcile with my deposits to the bank. I can't seem to go back in and edit the payment. Is there a way to do this?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
