Hi @RanjanDey, If you mean your Square Terminal, it should be under warranty for one full year from the date of purchase. You can go here to start a warranty exchange. Otherwise, if it has been over a year, get in touch with Square Customer Success and see if they have any options available. I’ve been able to secure parts from them sometimes, but I’m not sure what their repair options are and I can’t find anything about that in their help articles.
