https://community.squareup.com/t5/Hardware-Setup-Troubleshooting/Sticl-on-Powered-by-Square/m-p/676580#M3612 <P>I solved my problem and because others having this issue in the past do not appear to have shared the answer, I will.&nbsp; A simple FACTORY reset solved the issue in five minutes!&nbsp; It took 35 minutes to get to the right person, after searching FAQ's and the "community".</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>It appears to be important that no other hardware is connected to the terminal when doing a FACTORY reset.&nbsp;&nbsp;</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>To do the FACTORY reset, I simply held the power button for many, many seconds, until I saw words telling me to let go.&nbsp; Ignore everything else.&nbsp; Just hold the button until told to let go.&nbsp; Then, you will be asked for your user/password for the square terminal.&nbsp; And, then the same for your network.&nbsp; Then.......you go through a series of questions (i.e., language, time zone, etc.).&nbsp; It did NOT affect my transaction history, or any inventory, or anything else.</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>There!&nbsp; Now you have it!</P> Sat, 12 Aug 2023 22:35:32 GMT Mystic_Mates 2023-08-12T22:35:32Z https://community.squareup.com/t5/Hardware-Setup-Troubleshooting/Sticl-on-Powered-by-Square/m-p/676575#M3611 <P>My Square Terminial is stuck on "Powered by Square".
