    <description>&lt;P&gt;When square went bonkers yesterday they post nothing and left us flapping in the wind&amp;nbsp; After losing a lot of sales we were able to use the offine function on our terminal to make sales&amp;nbsp; Now the terminal will not reconnect.&amp;nbsp; We cannot get a hold of anyone at square&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Any suggestions&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.squareup.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/420813"&gt;@MikesUnique&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;I would try doing a factory reset on your terminal. You'll have to re sign in to your square account, but if turning the wifi off and back on and trying to reconnect to a network isn't working then you made need to do a factory reset. Keep in mind this is not bad for your terminal, it is actually healthy to do this on occasion giving the system time to fully reset and update itself completely.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
