      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.squareup.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/235110"&gt;@billiemomma&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;Okay, first thing if you haven't already is to turn off your register. Connect the customer display back up to it physically if your display is like ours we have it connected externally via a power cord. and then turn it back on.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If that doesn't work the other thing would be to perform a factory reset on your register. Someone at square informed me that customers displays don't update every day like the rest of the register does but needs a full factory reset to fully update itself and that you should be performing factory retests on your register periodically.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I really hope this helps!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Let me know!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
