Why can I not email a report from my ipad when I select it plus the square terminal as my locations?

Why can I not email a report from my ipad when I select it plus the square terminal as my locations? I can email a report if I choose only the device but not if I choose the device and the square terminal we attach to that device. Any ideas?

So just for some clarification...you are trying to email a report, but it will only let you choose one device at a time?

If I choose all devices or this device only I can email a report. If I choose this device and terminal it will only allow me to print not email.

Hey there @808pielady,

I spoke with our product team. They noticed that your app version 6.32/6.29.1 on the iPad is outdated which could be leading to issues with functionality. Could you try updating your app software and see if this works?
