Square Terminal Tickets to Kitchen Printing in a smaller font

We got got a Square Terminal to add to our servers tools. When tickets print to the bar or kitchen the tickets look different than the tickets sent form iPads. The font is much smaller and hard to read. Any ideas why it would print differently? I couldn't find anything on this in help or the forums. It should be consistent.

@DSander Interesting, do you use square KDS? or are you setting up the kitchen printer for tickets directly from the terminal?

WE use a KDS for the expo and a printer to the main line
