    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Lager,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Unfortunately we can only guess - if you're manually entering the card details, other than the card number, security code, expiration date and Zip Code and assuming those details are correct - if it's not accepted, in most scenarios, the issue on the customer's side or bank.&amp;nbsp; There can be multiple reasons, but there's no way anyone here would know the exact reason.&amp;nbsp; &lt;A href="https://squareup.com/help/us/en/article/5082-why-did-my-payment-fail" target="_self"&gt;Did you get any error codes or messages ?&lt;/A&gt; &amp;nbsp; Also, if you check this &lt;A href="https://www.issquareup.com/united-states" target="_self"&gt;site&lt;/A&gt;, there have been no Square System issues reported.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Trouble with Amex payment</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;After entering the total amount and the card info for an Amex card, Square says payment failed something went wrong.&amp;nbsp; The same process works fine for Visa and M/C.&amp;nbsp; I am certain the card is OK.&amp;nbsp; What am I doing wrong?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
