@texasmom23 Terminals are great imo. But they are essentially a mobile version of the point of sale. Just make sure you get a barcode scanner that is compatible (don't get cheap on this part) and you can absolutely run a business with just that. I use all three, but the terminals are our last line of defense in the even of hardware failures.

We use the terminal as a third register for credit cards only. We use a Tera barcode scanner without any issues.
