Will the terminal connect to my android smartphone? Also will it have the same format, as in the tip section? Thank you?

From this link you should be able to connect your Cellular device to a Square Terminal.

This would just send the Final payment to the Terminal to use it as a CC reader. So your Screen on your android device for Payment would just have an added button for send to terminal.

My thinking is, wouldn't be easier to use your Cell as a Hotspot and connect the terminal to cells wifi if none is available?
