      <title>Terminal &amp; Stand (2nd) not working together</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;My sqaure terminal stopped working with stand (2nd). The ipad (stand) has hotspot and 2.5 feet away. When i select terminal on stand, the transactions will not go to the terminal and seems like the terminal freezes. The terminal has the latest updates also&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hmmm. &amp;nbsp;It’s starting to sound like a defective Terminal. &amp;nbsp;But, first, let’s rule out a couple of other things.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Am I correct that you are using Terminal in Connected Terminal mode, to act as a customer-facing payment device?&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Which POS are you using — standard, Restaurants, Retail?&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Have you tried deleting your POS app and re-installing it? &amp;nbsp;We might be chasing an issue here in Terminal when the real issue is in the POS software.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
