Customize the Square Terminal Idle Screen not working at all

Hello!

Yesterday I bought a terminal, updated the OS to the latest version and tried to set up a custom picture on its screen. I connected it via the Terminal API, as required by the documentation, but the Terminal Background section does not appear in the Dashboard. Not in the location, not in the branding, not in the devices, nowhere. Tell me how to fix this and how to change the picture?

I am tagging a seller who I know has several terminals and they may have some ideas for you.

@VanKalkerFarms, do you have any insight on how to fix this and change the picture on the terminal?
