I saw you stated you can’t access anything with the touch screen, you can try a Hard Reset the steps are below. Perform a Hard Reset:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;• Press and hold the power button for 10 seconds until a black screen with a countdown timer appears.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;• Continue holding the power button until the timer reaches zero and prompts you to release it.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;After the Reset:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;• Reconfigure Settings: You’ll need to:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;• Answer basic setup questions, such as setting the correct time zone.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;• Reconnect to your Wi-Fi network.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;• Sign in using your Square account credentials or device code.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;• Re-add any accessories, like cash drawers or printers, and adjust settings to your preferences.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It is fresh out of the box, got everything else set up. I have put thermal paper in it and tried restarting it several times. Every time it starts the paper feeds out a little bit, but does not print. I can't tap&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;Settings &amp;gt; Hardware &amp;gt; Printer in the square terminal either.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you, I tried factory reset and several different methods, but in the end I got it replaced and it is working fine that way. It was a defective item I guess&lt;/P&gt;</description>
