I have attached some things to double check when it comes to connection and pairing with the Square Terminal.       <description>&lt;P&gt;The software is up to date on both the square terminal and the Square POS app. When I go to Settings &amp;gt; Hardware &amp;gt; the only options I see are Square Readers, Printers, Bar Code Scanners, and Scales, but not Square Terminal, so I am not able to get device code and pair either my iPhone or iPad with the Square Terminal. What am I doing wrong? Any advice appreciated. Thanks!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

To get the device code, you need to be in the settings menu of your iOS device, not the terminal.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you are, then my next idea is to check More &amp;gt; Settings &amp;gt; Open Tickets. Can you tell us what options you have on this screen? There’s one setting that may be causing problems.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I look forward to your response!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
