You are the &lt;A href="https://community.squareup.com/t5/Square-Terminal/Unable-to-sign-into-Square-Terminal-with-Square-POS-on-iPhone/m-p/781195" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;second person I've seen today&lt;/A&gt; that's reporting that your Square Terminal isn't a hardware option on your main device. Two in one day kind of worries me.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;First thing to check would be that your device itself is fully updated--not just the app but the OS itself. After that, try signing out then back in to that device to see if you get the option to connect a Square Terminal to your device again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.squareup.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/646748"&gt;@Summer2024&lt;/a&gt;Two in one day... could this be something more than just a hardware connection glitch?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I figured it out!! Yesterday when I went to my pos app on my phone it prompted me to choose a "mode" and I must have picked the wrong one...it switched the whole layout at checkout as well.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Took me awhile to figure out how to switch the mode back to the original but I did and now the terminal shows back up&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":thumbs_up:"&gt;👍&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
