    <description>&lt;P&gt;I had a Square terminal for a couple years and it died. I purchased a new one and now it is not synced to my laptop that is sitting next to it. I either have to use the terminal as a separate point of sale or the PC as a separate point of sale. I want to be able to run the sale on my PC and swipe the card on the terminal.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I checked through the settings and I don't see anything that's obvious.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Does anyone know how to sync the terminal to the PC for sales?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.squareup.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/601836"&gt;@Wolfpack_Boxing&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm wondering if the Square Dashboard is stuck on your prior terminal so it's not linking with the new device.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I think your best bet would be to unpair all your connected terminals and start fresh.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Dashboard -&amp;gt; Payments &amp;amp; Invoices -&amp;gt; Virtual Terminal -&amp;gt; Settings&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Scroll down to the Devices section and unpair anything listed here via the three dots to the right of the name.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;On your terminal, sign out completely from your account. Back on the dashboard, click the Add Device Now button and follow the steps to get a new device code. On your terminal, use that device code to log in. That should get your new terminal connected.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hope this helps!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
