Hello @UnionBarber thanks for your post. I'm sorry this has happened to you; I did a quick Internet search and found many articles about this happening. I'm not sure how to fix this, but this one article mentions a few things to try. It is not specific to Square or even a particular brand of printer (although you could search your receipt makers website for solutions), it appears to target generic Internet printing protocols for printers that have an internet connection.

Hi there @UnionBarber - Thanks for reaching out to us here on the Square Seller Community. Sorry to hear that you've run into this issue with your mc-print3 printer. And thank you to @HC_CHARLIE for tracking down that article! 🙌

This is definitely an odd issue indeed. Haven't come across this myself before! Just to make sure we cover everything within the Square side, I suggest running through the troubleshooting steps here first.

Ultimately, I believe this issue will most likely need to be resolved by the printer manufacturer, Star Micronics. You can contact the Star Micronics Support Team directly at 1-800-782-7636, enter 995 if asked for an extension.

I hope this information is helpful but please do let us know if you have any additional questions. I'll keep an eye out for your reply to see how this goes! 👀
