Can't access the main settings menu in square register. How do I find top screen arrow? I see wifi and time but no arrow to click to get to main setting menu

Just received my square register, set it up but no down arrow shows

Just received and set up my new square register but no down arrow shows, have the most recent update installed. How can I get it to show? Also, just tapping on the area where it should be does nothing - just isn't there. How to fix? Brand new

Hi there - did you ever get your issue fixed? I just set up my square register and cannot find the top arrow either...if you got yours fixed can you share how??

Sorry to hear about the trouble with your Square Register! Are you using the Standard Point of Sale, or Square for Retail or Square Appointments on the Register? Looking forward to hearing back from you 🙂
