&lt;P&gt;I believe something must have happened (an error or bug) on your Retail mode as the process to add a printer.       <title>Don't see register settings</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;In all the tutorial videos, there's a down arrow at the top of the register screen that you can tap to access settings. I don't see this arrow and can't access settings. I'm trying to add a printer and cash drawer but can't do that without seeing the settings menu. Any thoughts?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

You should see a " Carrot " or arrow down symbol at the top center of your Register screen. Try tapping on the screen and see if it appears. If this doesn't work, you can also tap (or pull over) at the left side of your screen. This should also bring up a menu where you can access your settings. I hope this helps answer your question.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It looks like the issue is that I set the terminal up in Square for Retail mode instead of Standard. I reset the device and started it in Standard mode and now I see the carrot at the top and was able to add the printer. So I guess the issue is that I don't fully understand the difference between Square for retail vs standard as I was not able to add the printer for retail mode and saw no instructions on how to do it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
