The new layout on the right side of my POS system is very small, hard to delete items if necessary does anyone know how to make it bigger?

Hello @kbgateson thanks for your post. I do not think that the layout is customizable on the Square Register or POS. The only option I can think of is to revert to the last version. You'll won't be able to utilize any features that upgraded in the last version, but it may restore your layout so that area appears larger on your screen.

Under Settings > Checkout > Revert to previous experience

We have repeatedly tried telling square that this new layout does not work for our retail business and makes it so hard for us to see the products we need to scroll through. It’s a total waste of space for us. They have not listened at all. Very annoyed about how dismissive they are of our opinions.
