    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.squareup.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/144126"&gt;@Chubbys&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;Have you tried deleting the printer and then re-adding it?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I don't use the square register, but have you tried seeing if you get the same behavior from the POS app or just the restaurants app?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try setting receipts to manually and see if it gives you the option to tap print receipt.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I would try that first to see if it narrows down the behavoir.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Square for Restaurants not printing cash receipt</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;We recently switched to the free version of square for restaurants on our square register.&amp;nbsp; All is good so far, but the cash transactions when tendered do not print a final receipt and the change flashes on the screen for a second then disappears.&amp;nbsp; Every receipt setting is turned on in the printers section.&amp;nbsp; Is there something I'm missing setting wise?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;That is frustrating. Sorry you are having issues with he receipts!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Lets definitely try the steps Donnie-M provided above. Also try some troubleshoot steps outlined &lt;A href="https://squareup.com/help/us/en/article/5515-printer-troubleshooting" target="_blank"&gt;here &lt;/A&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;
