sales are not showing in our transaction log on 2 separate devices but show up when its under both

I cannot get sales to show up when its listed under individual device but when its under ALL devices it shows. I have 2 registers, 1 drive thru and 1 in house. I cant keep my drawer balanced individually or see individual transactions for each register.

This just started last week, I need help FAST fixing this p[lease

Nope it righted itself. I guess it was a glitch. Freaked me out there for a bit LOL
