How do I remove Cash App from the customer display payment options on the new Square Register?

I would like to remove Cash App from the customer display on my new Square Register. I didn't consent to having it there, and would like it off so customers don't see it. It's also huge on there!! Any help!?

Hello @lund0420 This is somethign Square allows you to do. You can remove cash app as an acceptable payment method by going to your Online Dashboard > Settings > Checkout. Scroll down and toggle off option to accept cash app.

Hi @saltwaterssi 👋

I believe these instructions may be outdated. Do you see the "More" option from your Square Register? If so, click the tab, then click Settings > Checkout > Payment, then click the X next to Cash App.

If you do not see this, please post a screenshot of your Square Register screen, along with the app version you are using.

Not sure how to add photos here, it wants a source location. At any rate, I have app version 6.34 on the register and there is not a "Checkout" option under Settings. Please advise. Thank you

Interesting @saltwatterssi. Could you confirm which app you are using Square Point of Sale, Square for Restaurants, or Square for Retail?

I have 2 Square Registers and neither of them have the Checkout option listed in the Settings. Just to be clear, this is the stand alone Square Register that is not an ipad.

Can you take a picture of the tab options you see under Settings? Do you see anything that says Payment Methods?
