    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="arial,helvetica,sans-serif" size="3"&gt;About a month ago, there was and update to our Android based&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;FONT face="arial,helvetica,sans-serif" size="3"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Square Register (A-SKU-0665).&amp;nbsp; It changed our POS system in a few ways, but most importantly our customers who were paying cash could not check in by themselves through the front facing touch screen.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="arial,helvetica,sans-serif" size="3"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Why did the developers remove this feature??&amp;nbsp; Now we are having to click through multiple screens to check customers in, while they line up waiting for us to finish.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="arial,helvetica,sans-serif" size="3"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;What is SquareUp doing to correct this bottleneck?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Kind regards,&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Greg&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello &lt;a href="https://community.squareup.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/66280"&gt;@greg408&lt;/a&gt; thanks for your post. I'm sorry this changed on your register...what does your Customer Facing Screen display prior to the start of a sale? Mine shows my shop name, as well as a button to "check in". So a customer can check in prior to even starting a sale, and also while I'm ringing up a sale. So they have an option without the register even "knowing" if they will pay in cash or card. I'm not sure why you may not be seeing this same option.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have you tried to "revert" to the last operating system? Perhaps that would help, or maybe a restart or even logging out, and then logging back into your account on the register.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
