The new register upgrade was a mistake for us. I advise anyone who sells gifts, clothing, or any type of items that could possibly be returned to avoid this hardware!

Thanks. I was actually replying to an existing thread about returns but it seems to have started a new thread with the old heading.
Unfortunately for me, I was way out of the return window when I realized certain functions that were not available on the newer POS.
