    <description>&lt;P&gt;We bought a square terminal for our apparel after having a terminal last year that worked well. However after setting it up and testing at home, after bringing it to the event the customer display suddenly stops taking credit cards, after a restart to reset it I get an orange bar that says "customer display not ready". I tried more restarts which eventually it started working again for a short time then it stopped working again.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I turned it on today after the event and the display is working fine, however it did an update right beforehand.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Forgot to include, our event is an outdoor event. Of course all devices are kept out of the elements... Does the customer display and/or square register have any known issues with cold?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Glad to hear that everything seems to be working, as of yesterday. It sounds like this error could have been caused by an older version of the register's software.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
