      <description>&lt;P&gt;Out of the dozens of transactions processed yesterday, I got an error message on two transactions. Error reads "Failed to set tips on payments. Try a lower amount."&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The tips are only $1.50 and $0.80. Why won't it accept these tips?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Happening to us too. So much wasted time calling customer service, waiting for them to call you back. Lo and behold they were all settled when you talk to customer service. You wasted two hours due to a glitch in squares system&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
