We own a drive thru only ice cream and take and bake pizza restaurant. We’re currently looking for fast menu items to add that have a good margin. Any input would be appreciated! Staying afloat in this pandemic era is a hat trick for sure, and we’re in a small town in Indiana so our market isn’t fancy or high priced.

Run a mobile shaved ice business in Northern California. We're in our 6th year and always looking to add off season items that have great margin and novelty as shaved ice does.

Thanks for joining and really great question! You might get more visibility and answers if you make a separate post to the group board. Off the top of my head I was thinking about breakfast items like coffee, pastries, and donuts for people to grab on their way to work.

I own a small food and beverage company in the Seattle area called Paunchy Elephant. We make bottled organic teas, lemonades, and barbecue sauce. Yep! You read that right... because our family is from the South and some of the best days involve family, friends, and a little sweet tea/lemonade while you wait for the grill master to do their thing. Just introducing myself to the community, I opened a small Cafe in a medical building in April of 2021 and since then I've been trying as many ideas as I can to drive traffic but I am finding it to be very difficult. Any suggestions are welcome as I am new to owning a business. I do have experience in fast food with large chains close to 20 years ago.

Hello from Phoenix, Arizona. My husband and I own All About The ‘Booch, Maricopa County’s first permitted kombucha microbrewery. We are going on 3.5 years. We sell direct to consumers (home delivery, farmers markets, and events) and wholesale. Our next goal is opening a kombucha tap room. Oh… and we both still work full time! 🤯 We have lots of help from our family.

Hello Adam and members of the food industry. My wife I own Mamie’s Toffee and Treats, Oswego, IL. We recently bought a shuttle bus as we have done tent set up for years. Hello, and thanks for the invite. I love the idea of getting to know other small business owners in the food industry.

I own and operate an at-home bakery in the Oklahoma City area. I offer pies, cakes, cookies, cheesecake, brownies, etc. to my customers. As well as custom cakes for birthdays & weddings. 🍰

We've been open for about 2 years now, and are seeing a lot more growth this year than expected. I still have a full time job as well, so the growth has been nice but also stressful. I'm super excited to be heading into the holiday season. It's always so fun to help people celebrate.
