Automatic Shipping Charge on my Events

Hi - wondering if anyone can help me out. My event items are charging an automatic shipping charge which they were not doing before today. These are in-person events and I can't find a way to remove this charge - anyone else having the same issue? Any advice?

I am sorry you are having issues with shipping charges! In order to help get this resolved we will need to look at your shipping and account settings.
