How can I track payment links that were sent but never paid?

I am writing to see if there is a way to see the payment links that have been sent to customers? I sent one to a customer but they have yet to pay. I want to see what day it was sent. is this possible?

Hi @FolsomJrBulldog. Amazingly enough, I don‘t think there is a way to see a list of unpaid/unused checkout links that have been sent. But, since you seem to know the customer and I’m assuming you texted the link to them, just go to your dashboard Customer directory, search for them and select them to look at their customer record. Scroll down to the “Messages” section and you’ll see a text message list. One of those is the checkout link that you sent. Click on any one of them to bring up your message history with that customer, including when you sent the link. I hope that helps.
