Anyone else have trouble with their magstrip reader?

hello,

im having trouble connecting with my magstrip and contactless pay! all my information is in and it keeps asking me to order another payment device but I already have two! Any idea what I can do to fix this?

Hi Estheresthetics,

I think we need some additional details ... Sounds like you have a Magstipe Reader and a Contactless and Chip Reader. What device are are you trying to connect these items to (iPhone, iPad, etc.) and which Square App are you using (POS, etc.). For example, if you're using the POS App with an iPhone, you would connect the Contactless and Chip Reader via Bluetooth. Although the Community is not Tech Support, providing more info would be helpful for others to possibly assist.
