Share Blog Story on Social Media

Hello, I'm a Square Online seller and website designer for Square Online sellers.

I'm running into an issue and hoping someone can help.

I've toggled Story > Story Header > Content > Social Icons

When I press one of the social media sharing links (Pinterest, for example) on a live Blog/Story page and launch the social media page, I receive an error when attempting to share the story post. I've tested this with my Square Online site and my clients as well.

This is important feature for driving website engagement.

I appreciate any helpful guidance or advice.

Are you still experiencing this issue? I have just been on to check and all seems to be working from what I can see?

Just double checked my stories/blog and two clients blogs and I'm experiencing the same error.

I'm testing the Pinterest share button.

I was able to reproduce the error with the Pinterest share button, and Facebook and X(Twitter) worked without a problem. Has this been the case for your customers as well?

If it has then I would recommend reaching out to support with your evidence so they can file a ticket and get this escalated to our Ecommerce Advanced Support Team.
