How do you get all items to appear on the site?

I've added new items, but they aren't appearing on my site. They're all visible and set to auto-sync.

Please help. This is going to cause me to keep my Shopify store open, which I don't want to do.

Hey @mycopnp I am sorry you are having issues with items not syncing. Can you provide us some examples of items not appearing and your website URL so we can take a look into this on your account? Please keep in mind for account security we are limited on what we can discuss in the seller community. But I will assist as best as I can.

There's an option for Product in the header where the 3 vertical lines are. I thought all of my product would appear there, but it doesn't. I deleted the Product option and just added Categories on the Home page, but I would like to have the drop down with a list of all products sold.

@mycopnp Are they eventually showing up? I add items through the Square dashboard and sometimes it can take a couple of hours for them to show up online, because the inventory is slow syncing.

Items I added a week ago still weren't under Product, but they are under the Categories I added to the Home page this morning.

@mycopnp If I understand correctly you have the item listed for 2 pages? A Category page and a Product page? If so when you go to Online/Site items and select an item. Scroll down to Category, do you have it tagged for the Category and Product page?

We have items that we show on different categories and we have to select each category that we want it to show up in, below is a photo of what I'm talking about.
