I have an online gear rental business and only rent locally in Hawaii. Before April 2023, my sales tax figures were to the penny on my reports. Since April, non-taxable figures have been appearing on my sales tax report, which means the difference is coming out of my pocket when I reconcile! Also, I didn't change a thing to my sales tax setting. This just started happening? It costs me money. I use Ecwid online store and never had a problem in the past? I also never had my entire inventory on my Square profile, just Ecwid.
