Hi! I am still getting comfortable with my Square Online account.

I have a quite a few orders that are "Paid" but not "completed". Does the money earned from these sales deposit anyways or is the money held until the order is marked as "completed"?

For full context, I own a tanning salon and we sell packages online. Many of these orders are Paid but not Completed in Orders. I am wondering if that revenue was deposited or being held until it is marked as Complete.

My understanding is that completed transactions (not completed orders) will be made available for transfer. If that isn't your case then you will want to reach out to our Support Team for them to shine a light here.
