Why is my Sales Tax not being charged?

So I've just created my online account and I have sales tax set up for all my items, but it isn't being charged at all. I have my tax ID set up, and the correct region set up. What am I missing?

More information is needed to inform you of what may be the problem. Are your orders coming from within a taxing District you collect taxes for? Meaning if I sell in PA I collect Sales Tax for PA, but if an online order comes in from any other state then I don't collect a sales tax on that order. Could this be the case with why your site is not collecting sales tax?

Are the Items setup to collect sales tax when sold or do you have them marked as nontaxable? Do you have the sales Tax included in the Price, and if so do you check the box in tax settings that says your prices include Tax?
