Do modifiers work when syncing Square Online with Meta Commerce?

It took me several hours to get everything all set up for my customers to purchase items from my Square site through FB & Insta. & now, I went through to do a test & it looks like the modifiers don't work. Does anyone know of a solution for this? They work great on my website but don't appear on Meta.

For this one, have you reached out to Meta Support to ask them if there is anything else needed to display these modifiers?

Not yet. I thought maybe someone here, would have thoughts. In my experience Meta support isn't very supportive.

Gotcha! Sorry to hear about all the troubles. Hopefully, someone will chime in and shine a light. Our support is a bit limited here because Meta hasn't developed a way for us to impersonate your account securely to troubleshoot problems that may arise with their integration. I wish I could do more for you.

Meta does not sync the same as your online store. Often they will select the highest priced variation of the modified item. It’s sometimes best to have each item individually if you are going to use Facebook as a priority selling space. Your store will sync modified items with reels if you tap products creating the post. FB change functionality often - it’s good to look at your facebook site using another browser (say Firefox) to see what your potential clients/customers see
