How do I remove the message telling customers to pick up ticket?

I am selling spots for an event but the automatic response tells customers to pickup their purchase.

It sounds like this item may be set up as physical rather than digital.

You can see the steps to switch between Item types here.

The main difference is in the way fulfillment is handled - with digital items fulfillment must be done manually at this time. Once switched over, you won't see the pickup messaging.
