Having issues with footer email subscription

I have toggled on the Subscription for my website footer, but am not able to collect email addresses. I have had success with other Subscription options (pop-up and page section), but it is not working in the footer.

Anyone know of a solution?

The Square Online Team tested this out and they were able to successfully submit an email to your footer. The email submissions are listed in the Square online Dashboard > Website > Form Submissions.
